I do not accept insurance, but I’m happy to provide a monthly superbill upon request.

A superbill is a document clients use to request possible reimbursement from their insurance company. It includes details like: date of service, session length, session fee, and other relevant information. Because coverage varies by plan, clients are encouraged to contact their insurance provider directly to understand their benefits and reimbursement process for superbills.

By not accepting insurance, I’m able to focus fully on your needs without external constraints or concerns about confidentiality. Insurance providers often impose limits—such as capping the number of sessions or requesting records to “approve” care—which can interfere with the therapeutic process and the trust on which it depends.

90 - minute Intake Session = $275 ​

While therapy is an investment, I understand that financial circumstances can vary. For those whose insurance offers no level of reimbursement for out-of-network care or who are experiencing financial hardship, a limited number of reduced-fee openings are available. I’m glad to discuss options if that would be helpful.
